What makes it distinct
This retreat is structured, practical, and designed to help couples work on their relationship in a clear and useful way.

Across the weekend, teaching is paired with guided exercises for you and your partner to work through privately. You'll have space to think, talk, reflect, and apply what you're learning to your own relationship.

The aim is not simply to leave with fresh ideas, but with tools you can actually keep using once you're back in normal life.
"We left feeling spiritually refreshed, better connected, and equipped with practical tools to love and support each other through every season."
— Michael, past guest
What to expect
This is a guided educational retreat, not couples counselling. You won't be asked to share personal relationship details with the group.

The teaching happens in a group setting, but the couple work is private. That gives you the benefit of clear input and guided exercises, while keeping your own conversations between the two of you.

The format is calm and intentional, designed to help you engage honestly without feeling put on the spot.
Who it's for
This retreat suits couples in many different seasons, including those who:
· want to strengthen an already solid relationship
· feel caught in a few repeated patterns and want better tools
· want to improve communication and handle conflict more constructively
· want to reconnect and be more intentional with each other
· want to invest in their relationship before problems become more entrenched
When it isn't the right fit
Because this is a group-based educational retreat rather than a therapy setting, it isn't right for every situation.

Where there are serious safety concerns, abuse, coercion, domestic violence, active addiction, or a high level of instability, a more tailored counselling setting is likely to be the better next step. We're glad to point you toward people who do that work well.
